We understand that everyone's relationship with allergens is different, and we want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase!
Use your Allergen Neutralizing Spray as instructed for at least 3 weeks.
Hearing about your experience is crucial for us! While you are trying out the product, we ask that you take detailed notes on how you used the product along with your observations of your results at the 1-week, 2-week, and 3-week marks. This helps us ensure the product was used correctly and that you get the best experience possible!
If you've used and tracked your usage of the product over the first 3 weeks and find that it doesn't meet your expectations due to efficacy issues, reach out to our support team at support@pacagen.com to begin the refund process. Please note that we do not accept returns, and we will only provide refunds if a product arrives damaged, or if efficacy-related issues are raised after trying our product for 3 weeks.
Once your submission is reviewed, we'll notify you with an update on our approval process. Once approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method minus any shipping and handling fees within 10 business days. For larger orders that include multiple bundles, the refund can only be approved for one of the bundles. Please be mindful that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund! If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved a refund, please reach out to our support team!
