Refund Policy

Our suite of Allergen Neutralizing Products are protected by the Pacagen Guarantee, which provides you with at minimum, a 60 day refund period.

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be defective upon receipt, or if you are dissatisfied with the results of our Allergen Neutralizing products while staying compliant with our Guarantee guidelines. Please note that we do not accept returns, and we will only provide refunds if a product arrives damaged, or if efficacy-related issues are raised after trying our product for 3 weeks for Allergen Neutralizing Sprays, or 6 weeks for the Allergen Reducing Supplement.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
